Gourmet Coffee Liqueur Recipes

Alcoholic coffee and tea recipes, often served with milk / cream, sugar and sometimes chocolate. An Irish Kiss

3/4 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
Gourmet Coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Pour Baileys and Kahlua into Irish coffee glass, fill glass with hot coffee and top with whipped cream.
 
 
 

Casino Coffee

1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Pour coffee and liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
 
 
 

Hot Buttered Mocha

1/2 - 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
8 oz coffee
1 oz half-and-half
2 tbsp Hot Cocoa Mix

Spoon the hot chocolate mix into the bottom of a large coffee mug. Pour hot coffee over the mix and stir. Add half & half and schnapps to taste. Top with a spray of whipped cream if desired. 
 
 
 

Loco Cocoa Mocha

3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
4 - 6 ozhot coffee
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp cocoa powder

Mix everything in an irish coffee mug. Stir until cocoa powder dissolves. 
 
 
 

Snickers Spiked Coco

This was made up as way to stay warm on cold, rainy tailgating days. It's super simple to make and it really does taste like a Snickers. Any nut flavored liquer can be added instead of Frangelico to mix things up, or you can omit the Frangelico and add almond extract for less alcohol.

1 packagehot cocoa mix (without marshmallows)
1 oz Bailey's® Caramel Irish cream liqueur
1 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz whipped cream

Make the hot coco according the package directions, add Bailey's and Frangelico. Top with whipped cream. 
 
 
 

Snow Cap Columbian Monk

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
fill with strong coffee
2 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur

Pour 2 1/2 oz. frangelico into a tall glass and fill with strong coffee. Top with a scoop of ice-cream.
